saw will not unlock into the upright position

5 Well, there's a pin at the hinge right hand side (Blue knob) which, if you pull, unlocks the saw. Sometimes, if there's rust at the hinge,you'll need to lubricate and use some muscle to lift the saw, but it should be fine once lubed.

0 I cannot locate the manual and cannot unlock the Delta Shopmaster 250 Miter saw.
