I can't get the chuck off. I've used the instruction's directions on how to take it off, but it just won't budge. I've got to replace the spindle that the chuck is threaded to. I would prefer not to cut it off (expensive). I've even had the spindle (other end) in a vise to hold it, but it just won't come off. Is there an alternate way to remove the chuck?
