Hi all.This is my first question on this site.i have purchased a second hand Dewalt DW 125 radial arm saw bench type.it is hammertone green with orange handles.it shows on the cover that this is possible,but when i loosen the handle that should allow this it will not turn.any suggestions.i am not an experienced wood worker.

0 I am trying to turn the saw blade 90 degrees to cut long lengths.some of the wording disappeard into cyber space .
