Wiring diagram...

From the switch terminal 3 there is a red wire connected. Please tel me what it does and how.

0 Looking at the drawing attached. Terminal 3 on the switch has a red wire connected to it. I think it has something to do with the break but I need the logick. Please adfise Regards
