Just want to know when battery is fully charged......

Just want to know when battery is fully charged...what if anything will I see?

0 It was the first time for me to use this charger. The charging bars were moving across the screen, then repeating, indicating it was charging. A couple of hours went by without my checking, then our house lost power. It came back on right away, but when I checked my charger, the screen was blank and no other lights were lit. I removed the battery at this time, but I don't know if it was charged correctly.
