0 Green lights means charged to 85% capacity. Take the cells out. You can charge any brand you like, as long as they are the right type of cell. This charger only charges NiMH cells. Cells are charged in pairs. There is a status light for each pair of cells. It is a 2 channel charger (left pair and right pair) Both channels operate independant of the other channel and control the charging of one pair of cells each. Each channel has its own status LED. Here are the codes: solid green=that pair of cells is fully charged solid red=that pair of cells is charging flashing red=there is a problem with one of both cells in that pair. Remove and reinsert the cells to try to correct the problem. They could be reversed polarity. Make sure + and - marks on cells are lined up with the same + or - in the charger.
