I need a copy of the manual for the CEF 12N Charger. But for now could you Please tell me what does it mean when BOTH Red/Green lights flash. And how do I know when they are Charged ? Right now Red is constant and green is flashing, I have 4 batteries in there. Any help you can send Will be appreciated. thescotts6@gmail.com (and Yes they are Duracell batteries Copper tops)
