I purchased a CEF20DX2 with two Stay charged batteries anda package of 4 Stay Charged batteries. 4 were used for 2-3 hrs. When charging two of the 4 batteries,I had a green blinking light. I contacted your 1-800-551-2355. I was told Red meant Charging and Green meant that the batteries were charged. Then she said green blinking is also that the batteries are charging. Is this correct?
