I have a CEF80N Class 2 Battery Charger. What does a blinking red indicator light mean when the battery is recharging?

2 I just submitted a manual I was able to find online. The blinking light means that there is no connection going to the battery. You may want to try another charger to see if it's successful...though I've had others of the same type to charge successfully in this charger.
