0 Flashing red lights means there is a problem. Remove cells and reinsert them. If the lights still flash red, try removing the cells and insert known good cells to reset the charger. They should now operate normally. Cells are charged in pairs. Light codes: solid green=charged to 85% capacity solid red=charging flashing red=error, such as bad cell, reversed polarity etc.
