0 If the red light is blinking there is a problem. Try removing and reinserting the cells, making sure the polarity is correct. + to +, - to -.. This usually corrects most issues. Sometimes you need o install a known good pair of cells to reset the charger to normal, then remove them and reinsert the cells that had the error. Sometimes they are too hot to charge. You can try letting them cool for a couple of hrs and try them again. If they will not charge correctly, then they are most likely bad cells.
