Question About Energizer Battery Charger CHFM1
Red and green lights blinking...

I plug the charger in, turn it on and the red charge light will turn on then after 2 seconds the green light starts blinking too. Batteries do not charge in this mode. Help

5 I have the same problem; however, I have two sets of quite NEW rechargeable batteries, which I use in my camera. I cannot charge them with my newer Energizer charger, but the old works perfectly and charges them fully, they last for a long time. I believe it's NOT the batteries, but the CHARGER that is defective!

4 The manual says this indicates a defective or non-rechargeable battery has been installed in the charger.

4 Mine does that. I don't think it's the batteries. I have another energizer charger that does fine with the same batteries. It must the the chfm1 Charger. :-(

4 Alternating red and green light indicates a bad or non rechargeable battery.

4 I had the blinking lights also. I may have had a battery in backwards. Anyway I tired a different outlet and now the red light is glowing solid so I am hoping the batteries are charging.
