0 The charger will not charge up a battery. It puts out about 1.9V on 10 AMP charge and 1.6V on 2 AMP charge. It will put out 2.2V on Engine Start. Does anyone have a manual for this charger?

0 I know this post is 2 years late but I'm also looking for a manual just to have it, I do know this model is a smart charger, it will not try to charge a battery that's very low i.e. 6-7 volts or so left in a 12 volt battery like a manual charger does so using a volt meter will not work with this one unless you connect it to a battery that it senses has some life left.
