0 It means its still charging, the idea is once the battery is fully charged the green light should stop on the "Charged light" I personally have not seen it completely stopped using the 2amp trickle mode since I guess the batteries I have charged are a bit shot but if the battery is to low the charger may not even start charging as its a smart charger and needs to sense life left in the battery first. Please if you have an owners manual for yours I love to get an emailed copy.
