0 Go to Harbor Freight web page, search for your item #. You will see a green bar at the bottom of the page to"down load product manual.

0 Tip: How to find Harbor Freight / Chicago Electric owner's manuals. Locate the SKU number, say 12345. Then build a URL as follows: http://www.harborfreight.com/manuals/12000-12999/12345.pdf Each subdirectory under the manuals/ directory appears to contain up to 1000 PDFs. Two months ago I tried submitting tips to the Blog, but as of today they are still "awaiting moderation".
