On 3/19 I purchased item 43389 (Central Machinery 16 speed floor drill press) A couple of days ago the hub stopped turning, even though the motor continued to run. Manual suggest going to the reset button but do not believe this model has reset button, which was confirmed by your technician at 80-0-444-3353 on Sunday. Any suggestions??
