I have a HarborFreight Central Pneumatic 3 in 1 Nailer...

I have a HarborFreight Central Pneumatic 3 in 1 Nailer, model 68057 and it quit nailing 18 gauge 2” braids. It looks like the Nailer shaft, #20 in exploaded view, isn’t retracting. Suggestions
