Question About Harbor Freight Tools Sander 45813
10" Random Orbit Polisher...

On page 4 of the manual, item 13 it says Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the power tool on. What are they talking about??

0 I dropped my polisher model 45813, and the bottom housing that holds the motor broke. Can I get a replacement and can it be changed easily?
