I just purchased Item #61776 a 12" double-bevel sliding compound Mitre Saw with Laser. The problem I am having is that when I go to make a direct chop cut it never completes the cut and leaves a real small piece of wood in the lower back portion of the wood being cut..I tried all the adjustments shown in the manual, including the depth adjustment without any success. Is their any suggestion you can make before I return it assuming it is defective?
