Question About Harbor Freight Tools Welder 95136
not cutting...

I have used this producted 4 times and it will not cut now. I got new tips and heads for, and made surre the ground was good. The green lite for work is on, but stops liting up after3 to 4 seconds .Air presurre is runing at 75 to 80 psi.
