Won't shut off

5 It sounds like your pressure switch is faulty. Once the tank reaches 120 psi that switch shuts off the motor. You can take it off and clean it, just make sure you take note on how tight it is and make sure it's that tight when you install it. Condensation gums the switch over time so this is a common problem. Good luck and hopefully this helps.

4 My H1506F motor runs but no pressure builds up. The water drain is tight. However, some air blows out one of the sides. Any maintenance possibilities?

0 jusst pulled the head of the piston. Just 4 hex head bolts. there is a plate with 3 brass fingers. I think they are check valves to prevent air from leaking backwards. one is warn and air is leaking, preventing it from building pressure in the tank.
