HI I have tried to remove lug nuts from my dodge ram. they didnt even budge, there is a knob on the handle of the driver with a numbers on it, it says to push and turn, what does this knob do? THank you

0 also my husky air compressor is 1.5 12 gal, will that be ok for automotive repair? thank you (again)
