1.0 amp rotary tool...

need brass tip end which holds tools tight for drilling polishing etc. End came loose and bent brass fixture. Want to buy a few ends. Serial # (06) 08010400 purchased for gift Home Depot maybe 2 years ago. PLS help. Can't use new tool
