Question About King Canada Saw KC-10FX
KC-10FX...

My table saw won't start. It gets 220V power without extension chords but does not rotate the blade. Belt looks fine. Tried rotating the overload sensitivty dial inside the magnetic switch without success. Any ideas? Is it liklely the switch or motor? How can I check.
