Question About Linksys Router WRT54GC
I forgot my login user name and password...

I would like to set up password for my wireless but i forgotten my login username and password. Please help on this

0 First of all the reset button is hidden under the oval-ish rubber-ish peice on the side. It turns to make a foot that the router can stand on so the external antenna is at its highest. Then if it is like mine, a paper clip was not enough to click the button. I reckon corosion on button. But try it be fore you take it apart. Push and release is a general reset. Push and hold until power light turns yellow, about 10 to 20 seconds, is a master reset. After a master reset the password will be back to what it says on the back. If that gives no joy, there is one screw under one of the rubber feet, forget which one. Remove that screw the rest pops apart, use scredreiver to short across reset button contackts. Good Luck.
