regarding the initial start-up of the makita 2400, what is #4, which reads, "close air receiver drain valve and outlet valve." At no point, did the instructions indicate an outlet valve should be opened. where is this outlet valve? The on-line manual omits the outlet valve in the start-up directions. I dont' see the outlet valve in the parts description area either.
