Question About Makita Drill BTD142HW
drill bit broken...

the drill has a drill bit broken inside,how can i get off that broken piece from the drill? it's not a drill part ,it's a drill bit broken and i don't know how to disable the device to put it another drill bit or whatever i need to use. thanks
