I'm having trouble understanding the charger. How do you know that the battery is fully charged? I did not hear a "tone" other than the initial sound when battery is first locked in. It's NOT on "silent mode". I just need to know if the charger is faulty so I can return it soon. Thank you for your time. - Bruce Turner
