4 Open the chuck and remove the screw inside the chuck. Attention: this is left wired, so turn your srewdriver as if you would lock the screw. Remove the screw, put a allenwrench inside the chuck and tighten, so you have a handle. Then with a hammer slap on the end of the allenwrench, sometimes this needs 4 or 5 times to loose the chuck. The chuck is richtwire - so turn the allenwrench clockwise.
