Makita BO5020 Random Orbit Sander problem: It works fine until placed on wood to start sanding!, then it slows down quickly and stops: doesn't seem to have any torque. Have dismantled and brishes seem fine and have plenty of life left . Any clues what to do or parts to replace? Many thanks
