My cousin gave me a Makita LS1030 saw. I have the instruction manual. The turn base does not turn. i tried WD 40 around the perimeter. Figuring it might be guncked up. He did not give me any tools - do you have any reccomendations? Thank you for your help Dave Stoll dcstoll615@comcast.net
