Question About Miller Electric Welding System Blue Star 3500
3500 blue star Miller...

Not putting out power took cover off. Checked with ohms meter thought leads were bad but no voltage output any where engine runing an runs fine jis there a reset switch or could some one tore it up while welding was working now not
