COMPRESSOR HAS MOTOR HUM...

COMPRESSOR WORKS FINE AND STARTS WITHOUT A MOTOR HUM EXCEPT WHEN THE COMPRESSOR PISTON IS AT THE TOP OR BOTTOM OF THE STROKE; THEN THE MOTOR WILL HUM AND WILL NOT TURN. I EVEN REMOVED THE HEAD SO THAT IT DOES NOT START UNDER LOAD.
