Question About Harbor Freight Tools Air Compressor 42321
I have a Central Pneumatic twin tank 2HP item #423...

I have a Central Pneumatic twin tank 2HP item #42321. Looking at the assembly manual on line. I think I need part B12?? It is a rubber gasket that has ripped. It has 4 holes for screws and is concave. Is that the right part??
