Charge level light indicators... Does a single green lite at full mean fully charged (even if other three red lights are on at the same time)?

0 I charged unit and all four charge-level lights are on simultaneously. By that I mean all three REDs are on red and the top GREEN is on Green. Does that mean some malfunction has occurred or should I ignore.
