Question About Battery Charger 11-1571-8
Green charge light and charge indicator...

Battery appears fully charged, and needle is almost to far left, but periodically bounces and the green light goes off. Troubleshooter in manual talks about needle pulsing, but reasons for this are not applicable in this case.
