Question About Saw psm210j1
Can`t get the blade to lift...

I appreciate this makes me sound like a moron but i`ve just bought a Challenge 1200w 210mm miter saw and can`t even get the blade to lift to use it.I have read the instructions but it doesn`t specify how to release the blade and none of the buttons i`ve pressed release it either.It could be a default or it may just be me so if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it,thanx

5 To the right of the handle there is a pin with a split pin going through it. Pull this out and rotate it 45 degrees. The blade will now lift.
