hi. the motor on my bas 316 bandsaw is losing powe...

hi. the motor on my bas 316 bandsaw is losing power. it now doesn't start without a "push" and has no torque when up to speed.may this be the capacitor or do I need a new motor? thanks in advance for any advice, Adrian.
