0 Hello There,My name is Larry Boccioletti of Halton Maintenance of Milton ONT canada. I am an authorized repair depot for king. Unfortunatly the 9362 is completly obsolete No parts are available in canada,the US or china where it was made the company went bankrupt in 2008
