Question About Panasonic Battery Charger None
PV-A17 Camcorder Battery Charger...

I have a PV-L657D camcorder. I never received instructions on the proper way to use the battery charger. I don't know if i'm supposed to push the "battery refresh" button when charging or not. I don't know the purpose of that button. My battery doesen't seem to be holding a proper charge. It is a relatively new and lightly used one.
