Can I replace my batteries from a 14.4v 3Ah Ey9L40...

Can I replace my batteries from a 14.4v 3Ah Ey9L40 battery to 3.3Ah EY9L44 model battery? and the most important thing is will it fit my EY7540 Impact /drill drivers?
