air compressor c2002 pancake tank fills to 150psi ...

air compressor c2002 pancake tank fills to 150psi but regulator value shows no reading and no air is coming out of the attachment hose for either outlet. Worked fine when first tried and now nothing. have had tank about 6 months and only used one time.
