how do I get 80 pounds of presue in my tires?

5 You can do one of two things. You can set the pressure gauge setting on the compressor to what you wanton this case 80 lbs., and then attach the tire valve nozzle to your hose and fill your tires. The pressure in your tires will equal out to the pressure the gauge is set for. This might take some time though as the pressure gets closer to the equal pressure point. The other way is set the gauge pressure high and fill the tire up and use a pressure gauge for tires or use a fill nozzle with built in pressure gauge. Hope this helps.
