My compressor fills up to 150psi. It starts to rec...

My compressor fills up to 150psi. It starts to recover at 138psi. that adds up to nearly constant operation. How can I regulate the pressure? I'm using approximately 60psi, The regulator for the output side works fine. Thanks, Greg Weasner
