my 735 will not hold the blade when cutting. It ...

my 735 will not hold the blade when cutting. It looks like the collar does not rotate all the way back. ...After a few strokes the blade comes flying out. Can I fix this myself? There is not a service center near my home. Thank you, Alan White avmaw@bellsouth.net 770-514-7923
