Question About Porter-Cable Sander 363
Drive Belt Replacement...

I am trying to replace the drive belt and for the life of me I can't figure out how to stretch the belt over the two pullys...I called Porter-Cable tech support and they were of no help, except use a Phillips screw driver...but, the pully rotates, and my thumbs are now blistered trying to push the belt over...how do you do it?
