flashing rpm meter...

the rpm meter is flashing and lathe won't run,have'nt used it in six months

0 Finished turning 14" bowl installed another 13-14" piece. At hat point machine would not power up. I turned power @ circuit box still still won't come on.I tried the reset button on the inverter still nothing. Any ideals I miss my lathe!!!!!!
