My enercell universal battery charger blinks green when there's no battery in it, and when I put a battery in it it doesn't charge. This is the second one I bought and after a while they both do the same thing. Today, this new one started smoking and ever since it's been emitting a weird gasious smell that I think could be harmful to breathe in. What do I do? This is for my samsung galaxy 3 smartphone battery.
