My Driver works only about 1 out of twenty times. ...

My Driver works only about 1 out of twenty times. Even though the indicator lines are aligned when striking with the hammer, I can find no evidence that the firing pin ever contacted the shell. Is there some way to adjust or remedy this so it will fire properly
