Hi, I have a Ridgid air compressor model #OF45175A...

Hi, I have a Ridgid air compressor model #OF45175A. It has a significant amount of water in the lower tank that I can't seem to drain. I've opened the drainage valve, but nothing comes out. What can I do to remove the water?
